Yours come with USB3? If so that is likely the one you need as for USB2/1.1 it will just use the native Windows USB driver. Asus has 3 of them listed for that model,

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download N73SV

just go with the latest one.

Edit: That sounds like it could be the "Keyboard Device Filter Utility", which is under Others.
aww thanks so much...I did try the latest from the site but it did not find it when I tried to update...it shows in my device manager that I need to install it, will try again :)
You are best and probably will need to use the ASUS usb3 drivers. 2 of them have the same date so I'm wondering if the version numbers may refer to your specific model configuration. Check the manual/documentation.

I have sorted USB problem.....did not realise I actually had to install the software thought it would just find the drivers like the other devices...oh well live and learn.

Still cannot find what I need to get these buttons working...does not appear to be the "keyboard Device Filter Utility" which I installed...not sure what that is suppose to do.

    Thanks guys :)

If you haven't try both the Touchpad and ATK driver.

On most if not all of Asus' motherboards the ATK driver is what they use for software monitoring of the motherboard (temperatures, voltages, etc), and is only a couple of hundred kb. In the case of your laptop it is just over 8 MB and shows as including the ATK driver as well as hotkey utilities, so it could well be that is the one you need.
