Need help with installing Windows 7

Okay well I just put together the parts for a new computer, but Windows 7 isn't installing. I put the contents of the DVD onto a flash drive, and the installation worked when I used a different computer, but when I try it with this one, it gets up "Windows is loading files...", and it goes all the way REALLY slowly. Then it says "Starting..." then it gives me the BSOD saying "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant". I got it to work if I use Joli OS from another USB though. I have a Biostar A770E3 motherboard. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance

All Linux code must be deleted using the CLEAN ALL command. As you have had linux on the HD you need do a Clean all & full format.

    Type in command line
    DISKPART
    LIST DISK
    SELECT DISK # (win HD)
    CLEAN ALL
    CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
    SELECT PARTITION 1
    ACTIVE
    FORMAT fs=NTFS
    ASSIGN
    EXIT
    EXIT

SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

I don't have Linux on the HD, I used a USB to boot it up. But the stuff you listed above is what I had to do with the USB to make it hold Windows 7.

Edit: Also now it says I have limited runtime for something MPQ or MPS. I forgot what it was exactly though.

Where are you with this now? Has Win7 installed? Post back or google any error messages verbatim for help.

No, it just doesn't install. It gets up to finishing the bar for loading files from the installer, then shows me the BIOS is not ACPI compliant. When I restart (and my computer is really weird; to restart I have to turn off the power supply, wait a few seconds, turn it back on) sometimes it says "Insufficient runtime space for MPS data.!!.System may operate in PIC or Non-MMPS mode. Press 'DEL' to Resume", although pressing the delete button just freezes it.

Can you try installing from DVD to eliminate flash installer as problem?

Are you booting the installer and not running it from an OS? The error you posted up is not known except when running from an OS.

Try resetting the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Please post back the error messages you're receiving verbatim (word for word) and at what stage they appear in install as sequenced here: Clean Install Windows 7.

Okay, I just tried using the DVD, and it just skipped it and went to linux. When I tried using the DVD on a blank HD, it said bootmgr is missing.

So you do have Linux install. Do a CLEAN ALL. In post 2

I have a linux install now because I wanted to use my computer. But I tried it with a blank hard drive and it still doesn't work. Also, I switched the CD drives and the DVD is working, as in it's loading the files (gets to step one on that clean install guide) but then it still crashes, saying "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS."

Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Swap RAM sticks. Test your RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Is there a newer BIOS update on the mobo website?

Have you tried cleaning the HD of possible boot corruption yet? SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Try install with known-good installer - both stick and DVD.
