Try resetting the CMOS if there is no BIOS update:

While in BIOS setup, set SATA controller to AHCI to try install.
Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.
Where did you get Windows 7? If you burned ISO yourself, confirm its integrity and burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed.
Next try writing ISO to flash stick using Ultra ISO trial version. On file tab select Open ISO or Open DVD, on Bootable tab Write Disk Image, Format, Write. Boot under HD's or USB.
If these all fail, try wiping the HD using theog's link.
