I wanna upgrade my hdd to an SSD, and my vaio didn't come with any discs... What route should I take to install 7 on the new disk?

You can make the Recovery disks off of the Recovery partition on the old HD, then run them on the new SSD.

You can create a Win7 backup image of the entire HD to reimage to the SSD, use a transfer tool, or clone over the HD to the SSD using WD or Seagate's free Acronis app.
Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup
SSD - Install and transfer the Operating System
    WD Acronis free cloning app
    Seagate Acronis cloning free util

Or if you want to start fresh with just the OS and no Sony preinstalled bloatware or useless Sony utilities which have better versions built into Win7, clean reinstall with a Win7 installer for your version with the Product Key on the COA sticker: Reinstalling Windows 7

Congratulations - you will love the SSD. I suggest you study the SSD specifics a bit more before you plunge in. It is not too difficult, but there are a few specifics that one should know. The links that Greg posted should be helpful.
