Ok I am about to install windows 7 on my Mac Via bootcamp, The issue that I am having is that I lost my windows 7 x32 Pro CD but I have my CD key. Now I have a copy of Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. My question is, can I use my CD key for Windows Pro while using the Windows 7 x64 Ultimate CD just to install windows 7 pro?

The answer to your question is no. The product keys for 32-bit and 64-bit are not interchangeable, but it begs the question, why don't you install Windows 7 Ultimate?
Yes they are, the keys are valid for either 32 or 64 bit, that's why the retail copy comes with both...
The keys aren't eligible between levels though. Ie, you can't use a Home Premium key on Ultimate or vice versa. THe answer to your question is still no... but it has nothing to do with architecture.
Thanks for correcting my error, severed solo, but it'll still be interesting to find out why the OP doesn't want to install Ultimate instead of Professional.
Sounds like all you need is a dvd with an iso of Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit.
You can unlock all versions in the Ultimate DVD this way:
Extract the ISO image using Imgburn: ImgBurn - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
Run the ei.cfg removal tool on the ISO to unlock all versions: Unlock any version eicfg removal tool
Burn an all-versions DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify.
Boot the DVD to install your licensed version.
You will have to use the free 7-Zip as ImgBurn doesn't extract ISOs, have a look at this tutorial linked below, though it would be best to create a folder to extract the ISO to at step #4 in the tutorial.
