Are you using the TV as a Monitor? If Yes, use a PC Monitor, as some TV will BY-Pass the Press any key to boot from CD or DVD .._ screen.

No, actually using a regular monitor next to my TV because I don't think the TV works when no video drivers are installed. Going to grab a USB keyboard from work tomorrow to test it out, hopefully I can navigate the boot menu and *crosses fingers* have it all work out!
