MS-DOS to Floppy disk or CD

I've been searching everywhere for this. I got my new Win 7 disk which not corrupt (unlike my other one) and put into my CD/DVD drive and when I restart it comes up with a CDBOOT: Cannot boot from CD - Code 5

I know how to fix it but I need MS-DOS CD or floppy disk to boot the cd from there (i know how to do it so no need for "You cant do that" because you can!)

So again if you didnt catch what I mean, I need a CD which is like CMD or floppy to redirect me to the setup.exe in my disk. If you know how to do it please a give me a tutorial please.

I think you will find that you can't run setup.exe from DOS. Thats the way it was for windows XP. You had to run winnt.exe from the i386 folder to install it from a DOS environment. I've seen the CDBOOT: Cannot boot from CD - Code 5 error before. As near as I could figure its because the BIOS can't cope with the Windows 7 DVD boot loader. I ended up running the install from XP and doing a custom install.
