Installing windows7- getting errors

Alright so recently my OS gave up on me out of the blue and I could't boot into windows anymore.
I put in my W7 CD and ran it from boot, I tried to install Windows over my C: but it gave me an errror.
I then tried formating my C: (SSD 120gig) and now when I try to install Windows 7 on it I get Error Code: 0x80070570, same thing as before.
The computer is brand new and I used the same CD to install windows on it for just 2 weeks ago.

So since I didn't get any decent help here I had to send in the computer to get repaired.
This is what they fixed; "We have changed the RAM in your computer. After the exchange the computer starts normally but windows obviously needs to be reinstalled."
The computer as I said was 2 weeks old, do you think it was a factory issue or what can I do to prevent this from happening in the future?

Sounds look PC was build with non-matching parts.

Wouldn't this error appear much earlier then?
Like a day or two tops, especially when playing games?
And your answer to your question is in the 1st post.
I couldn't access windows, so I decided to format the harddrive incase of any virus and then install windows on new.
I just don't want this problem to occur again, that's all.
