See if you can now boot into Safe Mode with Networking to install, update and run Malwarebytes
and then SFC -SCANNOW Command

You'll need to burn an Installation DVD or Repair CD for your correct bit-version (32- or 64-bit) to run SFC from Command line if necessary. I would also try Startup Repair and System Restore.

Until you can get the correct DVD/Repair CD, try rebooting and tapping the F8 key to see if the Repair console is on Advanced Boot Options menu to run SFC from Command Line, Startup Repair and System Restore.

I have the same DVD that I used to install Windows. I think this version problem happens because I updated the system after installation.. I tried every way you mentioned above.. Is there anyway to solve this by logging into laptop using Linux live CD.?

Are you selecting "Repair My Computer" on the second screen after booting DVD?

If so and error continues, find a Win7 machine of the same bit version to burn a Repair CD, or download to burn to CD and boot a Win7 REpair CD for your version: Download Windows 7 System Recovery Discs — The NeoSmart Files

As given earlier you also can boot Partition Wizard bootable CD to choose HD and from Disk tab "Rebuild MBR."

If Win7 won't start then use Startup Repair. It should automate System File Checker but if necesary run it separately from Command Line to be sure.

It's possible rebuilding the MBR can start Win7. It will be one of the many tests/fixes tried by Startup Repair.

Then reboot and try it again.

Then try running Startup Repair repeatedly. Report back results.

Does the CD find an installation to Repair once you boot into it?

yeah.. it can find the installation. I tried to run Startup Repair many times, but it keep saying that it can't find any errors and make sure I have removed recently added hardwares..
