.

at step 12 to select SATA setup inf file , which of following files is/are needed to be chosen, please? Please see driver integrate option and current device manager as in the figures.

Furthermore, do I need to change to AHCI mode in the bios before XP installation ? The system is currently running in window 7 in IDE mode .

Please kindly suggest,

As you have your BIOS set to IDE mode, if you change to AHCI mode Windows 7 will not boot.
AHCI : Enable in Windows 7 / Vista

First check for all the Win XP drivers for your hardware on the manufacturer's web site.
If your Win XP CD, does not support your Sata Controller, you will need to load drivers to uses at F6.
Load Sata Controller drivers with a floppy disk is the best way.

When I selected single driver there is iaStor.inf selectable then select iaAHCI the result is shown the same as selecting multiple driver folder which is portrayed in the picture. Thus should I select the highlighted items?
