How to create an Image file of Windows 7.

    Hi,

I have a Windows 7 machine that i have installed on it all the neccesery programs that i need.
I have about 10 computers with the same hardware that i would like to put on them the same Windows 7 as i have in the prototype machine.
    My question is:

1: what kind of porgram can i use in order to do that easly.

2: my windows 7 is activated with a KMS server on my network, is it suppose to be a problem?

    Thanks.

    Well, thanks for your advice.

I have used the sysprep command, then i have made a raw copy of the HD to the other computer's HD.

But with one of the computer's HD i have had a problem, the HD was with less capacity than the original one, so i couldn't put on it a raw copy of the original. What i have did was to create an Image file with Ghost, and then deploy it on the smaller HD.

I would like to know though, if you know a program (bootable) that would clone HD to another one even if the target is smaller.

    Thanks.

The two I use are Norton Ghost v15 & Paragon.

    Is Paragon free?
    Is it bootable?
Is it can create an image file of a drive?
Is it able to deploy image file to a smaller drives?

If is it, it is a killer software.

Paragon is free, has a bootable CD, can make an image and restore it on a smaller drive (provided the data fits). But I have no idea what you mean with "killer software".
