I have problem with Windows 7 booting on my laptop (Asus). Windows 7 stop responding/freeze at "Starting Windows" - before starting animation:

I was format PC again, and worked good, but when I installed drivers, and need restart, again freeze at "starting windows".

When freeze, I can't boot in windows trough Safe Mode, Last Known Good Configuration, System Restore, only with System Image Recovery.

I installed some drivers and work good, but when I install some programs like Google Chrome, Photoshop, WinRar etc. again freeze.

Do you have lot of start-up programs? If not scan your laptop by using rescue disk.

Come on people. I dont know what to do :S

I installed again Win 7, and installed programs that I need, without drivers and it works good. But when I installed Photosop, again freeze :S So, drivers are not problem.

The freeze at the Startup animation is normally a driver failing to load, but it could be a program loading. You want to System Restore from the DVD Repair console or Repair CD backwards until it starts up then study the logs and resources to isolate the problem.

Did you change out any drivers already given by the installer or quickly updated via optional Windows Updates? Windows 7 is driver-complete so you only need to supply drivers for those missing in the Device Manager after install, from the SUpport Downloads webpage for your model computer.

Boot the Windows 7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD to run Startup Repair repeatedly until Windows 7 starts. It will automate |Startup Repair if required so you can see which driver was rolled back if that was the cause. If Startup Repair fails, try running System Restore working backwards through restore points anyway.

Once you get Windows 7 started, monitor the logs and system resources using the Troubleshooting tips in my signature below.

Now, I installed some programs (Google Chrome, MSN, Skype, WinRar, Aimp...) without any drivers and PC work good. But when I installed Photoshop, again freeze. So, I think that drivers are not problem.

And anything else that I see: before this problem, when I format this computer (or any other) with Windows 7, when I create partitions, it has:
- Partition 1 System Reserved - 100MB
- Partition 2 (Disk C) - 100GB
- Partition 3 (Disk D) - 150GB

But now, when I install computer it has:
- Partition 1 Unallocated Space - 0 MB
- Partition 1 System Reserved - 100MB
- Partition 2 (Disk C) - 100GB
- Partition 3 (Disk D) - 150GB

Is that problem ?

Also, when freeze, I can't boot trough Safe Mode, writes: "top-Loading Windows Files and bottom-Please Wait" - no file is loaded.

Hello Tawe, welcome to Seven Forums!

If there's anything you need to recover from the Hard Disk Drive have a look at the information in this tutorial linked below on how best to copy out that data to external media.
How to Copy & Paste in Recovery Console on Windows 7 or Vista

If not I suggest you run the clean command to over-write the Hard Disk Drive MBR and start the installation again from scratch and be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.
Windows 7 Installation Errors : Troubleshoot Step by Step

information   Information

1) To rule out HDD Master Boot Record format errors, boot the Windows 7 installation media to diskpart and run the clean command, it takes only seconds to complete; once the clean finishes, exit diskpart and use the Windows 7 installer to create and format a single 100GB partition for the installation.

If that doesn't work, after another clean, use diskpart to create, format and mark Active a single 100GB partition to see if that works, use Step Two #2 in the SSD/HDD tutorial for reference.

You can always extend the Windows partition to include the remaining unallocated space on the HDD / SSD or create additional Primary partitions or an Extended partition after the installation completes if you choose.

2) If you have ever had Linux installed to the HDD in any way, a simple clean command will not over-write the Grub boot-loader, you must use the full clean all command to completely over-write the Grub loader so Windows will install.

Is Photoshop installing a driver? Look in Device Manager to see if you have time before it goes south.

Check in msconfig>Startup to make sure nothing besides AV is starting with computer, then after several restarts check msconfig>Services, select "Hide all MS Services" and uncheck everything except AV. Restart again and make sure nothing writes itself back in. You may need to turn it off in Program prefs or Uninstall. Startup Programs - Change

In startup tab, I have only Windows Live Messenger and HDD Regenerator, and they are unchecked.

Now, I have installed following programs, and PC work fine (without freeze)
Code:
- uTorrent
- Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX
- ATK Generic Function Device
- ATK Hotkey
- ATK OSD 2
- Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba
- GOM Player
- Google Chrome
- HDD Regenerator
- Life Frame 2
- Microsoft Silverlight
- NB Probe
- USB 2.0 UVC 1.3M WebCam
- Windows Live Essentials 2011
- WinRAR 4.01
So, I will installing programs that I need, and after every installed, I will restart PC, to see from which program become.

Sorry for bad English
