I have exactly the same problem... I have my Win XP partition assigned on D: in My Computer and Windows 7 with C: however, I can't start windows XP and I can't get the boot select screen.
I've read the forum and everyone says about Easy BCD. It doesn't show me the Win Xp. Also, I think I don't need to change the drive letter, since Win 7 is C: and XP is D: but still, I can't get the screen and the XP boot.
I'd love to download the files that fixed the same problem here... or, this would be solved by reinstalling XP ?? I have no problems with that; it was a fresh installation after all.
Anyway... will this happen again? If I get XP to work, I think I have to reinstall 7 very soon since I'm using a "not that legally activated" copy (before it was released the official beta) and want to change. I will have XP installed and working, and when I reinstall 7, will I have problems again?
Thanks!
