is there any way to factory restore an acer without using erecovery?

everytime i try to factory reset my pc with erecovery managment, it never finishes once it gets to the end, it will say installing sysprep - factory mode, 52/52 and never finishes after that. is there any third party software that can factory restore my system? i noticed windows boots just fine even tho i didn't finish the whole software installation process.

Did you make the Recovery Disks. If so use them. If not try making them now. You can also order them from Acer Tech Support.

Or find a Win7 retail installer to clean reinstall with the Product Key on COA sticker which is a superior install. Details in Perfect Install link below in my signature.

Did the extended test require repairs to report no errors? If so run it again, or IŽd run it anyway to be sure. Then format a partition using Diskpart, 3rd party partition manager or installer to run Disk Check from Repair console command line accessed by pressing Shift + f10 at first screen on DVD.

If HD clean, try install using Win7 installation DVD.

    Let us know the results.
