Windows 7 OEM install questions

Hello, I understand that if you buy an OEM disk instead of a retail copy that the OS is tied to MB, so if you want to upgrade the MB later you have to buy another disk.

1-If I replace the MB with the same model, will this cause a problem?

2-If I choose to upgrade to Windows 8, when available, is it still tied to the MB or can I now upgrade the MB?

If I install, choose not to activate until my 30 days are up and have a bad board can I do the following?
3-Replace with same model MB?
4-Replace with any MB?
5-If I can replace with the same or another MB. Do I just install when I get the new MB or do I call MS and explain the problem.
6-Does the MB need to be replaced within the original 30 day period?

Thanks.

Thanks for the must read. I'm fine with the, Is it legal or not question? Its a new build + I'm the builder = All good. I have Eds book.

Still looking for answers. My main concern is, what happens if I get a bad MB? Its my 1st build and plan on using it long time without replacing any hardware. Just want to know what I'm getting into.

You can install and leave the product code field blank, not enter one at all, and run it as a trial for 30 days. If you're happy with the way its working then enter your product code and activate. If not replace your hardware and start over.

First question is, where can I find this online? Surprisingly, I can't find it at Best Buy, Amazon, etc. Second, I ran the installation compatibility check for an older computer. It says it failed because the graphics chip won't support Aero. But my understanding is Home Basic doesn't use...
