    Hi i am new i am asking i want to buy this from tigerdirect Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64BIT Operating System Software - OEM DVD, English at TigerDirect.com
    but i do not know if it has the key to activate it

    does the OEM and Retail make a difference? or the retail has more stuff?

    With Retail you have support from MS.
    With OEM you have support from the System Builder, yourself.
