That's what the repair tools section on the 7 dvd are for correcting mbr entries and other things preventing Windows from a normal startup! In your case you have to load the 7 installer again from the usb source(external hard drive, usb key) that you used to see 7 installed for this.
Right when the installer finishes loading to the point where you select the language and location and you move on to the next screen for the "Install Now" button look down below that for the repair tools link. That will then go through the detection process for the installation you have on and bring you to a menu of options where you then simply click on the Startup Repair.
