    Delete pre-installed Windows Vista?

I've company installed Win Vista on primary drive and installed Win 7 on another drive (logical, created by using partition util). Now want to remove Win Vista and keep only Win 7. Is it correct if I format the drive containing Win Vista? Or will it affect Win 7 drive and other data drives also?

Will there be any need to play with MBR settings?

Please post a snip of the disk management window. Click start button, type diskmgmt.msc, hit Enter, the window that pops up is the one to be snipped.

Take a look at this tutorial:
Partition : Recover Space Used by an Older OS

Do make sure you backup first.
