Sorry to say, what a mess.

What I would do is backup & start afresh, with only 3 partitions on Disk0.

On my MOBO, the HDD that is on the lowest numbered SATA port that is occupied must have the OS on board. That SATA port need not be SATA 1.

Said another way. If I connect the OS HDD to SATA 4, SATA 1 thru 3 must be unused.

I do not have a SATA 0.

It is quite a mess.

At some point when you were trying to add partitions to Disk0 it should have warned you it was converting to Dynamic disk, which is used only when spanning partitions over multiple HD's.

Best to offload the data and wipe Disk0 with Diskpart to convert to Basic, then clean reinstall following these steps to get it perfect: Reinstalling Windows 7

To undo what you have now would require removing all but four primary partitions, then converting one to Logical which can be extended with unlimited subpartitions. This will allow you to convert it back to Basic Disk using free Partition Wizard bootable CD v 4.2 which still offers Dynamic>Basic conversion for free: pw422.zip ISO - Windows Live. You can convert one the fourth Primary to Logical using PW CD, as well as delete the stray System Reserved partition.

Then unplug Disk0, plug its cable into Win7 HD, mark Win7 partiiton Active: Partition - Mark as Active (Method Two). Then boot the Win7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times to write the System boot files to Win7 partition until it starts on its own.
