How to reinstall pre-installed windows 7?

Somme time ago i bought a mini-laptop with windows 7 pre-installed. Since some time, the laptop is really slow. I would like to format the hardisk and reinstall the same version of windows, but as i said before, windows 7 was pre-istalled so I don't have any Cd/Dvd. Is there a way to format and reinstall my version of Windows 7?

First I would run through the steps for cleaning up preinstalled Factory Bloatware to see how much it helps and give you practice for if you do decide to clean reinstall. Clean up factory bloatware

If you still want to clean reinstall with the Product key on COA sticker, you'll need to find a Windows 7 installation ISO to write to flash stick, following the steps given here to get a perfect factory OEM reinstall: Reinstalling Windows 7

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Most Windows 7 computers come with a recovery partition on the hard drive that you can use to restore your computer to it's factory state. That means all the bloatware is also reinstalled but if you follow the Clean up factory bloatware link that Gregrocker posted you can get rid of most of it fairly easily.

Please do follow theog's suggestions first. If you decide to start over, make sure you have your data backed up as it will be wiped out during the recovery process.
