Most Windows 7 computers come with a recovery partition on the hard drive that you can use to restore your computer to it's factory state. That means all the bloatware is also reinstalled but if you follow the
Clean up factory bloatware link that Gregrocker posted you can get rid of most of it fairly easily.
Please do follow theog's suggestions first. If you decide to start over, make sure you have your data backed up as it will be wiped out during the recovery process.
