    Hi pdawod welcome to sevenforums.

Please provide a screenshot of your Disk Management (just search for it in the Start menu) so we can see what's going on.

    Physically disconnect the old HD.
Make the Windows 7 HD, disk0 & first HD boot in BIOS.Also connected to the first Sata port on the MOBO.

    Do a startup repair:
    Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

Ah yes, the problem is that your Windows boot manager is stored on Disk 0, and the new install has just attached itself to it.

Follow Theog's advice above and that should fix it.

Then it won't boot at all, and you will still need to run Startup Repair.

What you could try alternatively, if it really won't work, is unplug all HDD's except the one you want to Install Windows on and start again.
