Windows 7: Upgrade from Build 7100 to Build 7264?

Hi All,
I am currently running OS 7 Beta RC Build 7100. Were do I get this newer version, is there a big difference? And am I able to upgrade to the newer Beta?



I realize that October is fast approaching for the RTM but I plan to keep running the Beta for a couple of months past the Grand Opening.

Is it possible that all the updates that I have received equally add up to the newer build?

I'm still wondering where people got build 7600. :/
I'm running the same build as you, but this beta is gonna expire soon, so we got no choice but to get the RTM.

That's not what I am understanding. The way I read it is that those who are running the RC as we are.... will have until March 2010.

If I am wrong, somebody please correct me.

1: We cannot discuss the RTM build download link, hence search google for it.

2: You can run RC beta till March 2010, however, it will start bi-hourly shutdown since Feb 14 2010. (I guess).

3: The newer build is already filled up with lots of enhancements and changes. You you wont receive the same updates. It will change. But yes, you will receive new updates when you install 7600 RTM build.

IMO, its a good time to install RTM. Re-arm it in every 30 days until 22nd Oct, then buy a product key and activate it forever. Enjoy.

I still wanna know where people are popping out with this 7600 build. Is this torrented or something?

Yes there are torrents and Mediafire, Rapidshare and so on, you just need to Google it.
