Will sysprep /generalize lose printers?

Hi all,
I'm preparing to sysprep Windows 7 Professional 32-bit for a business. I will need to install the OS, applications, and network printers to the final image, and then deploy that image to my client machines. I plan to use the sysprep /generalize option, and (for now at least) no answer file. This is my first attempt at deploying Windows 7. To get down to the point of my question: If I am only deploying the .WIM, will I lose the printers I have installed on my original image after its sysprepped?

Thanks for any serious advice,
Adam
