boot manager missing and not able to reset factory default

Hi everyone Im new here & I really hope someone can help me.
Ive had an Acer laspire 4810TZ laptop since 2010 and one before that, unfortunetly Ive always had really bad problems with acer but i was stupid enough to buy it again the second time. the thing is I know quite a bit about laptops and fix basic - medium problems. but this issue has not only floored me, but also cost me alot.

I really hope someone can help..
Its says BOOTMNGR is missing and will not allow me to reset it to factory default by my cds or alt1+f10, it says image failed to copy a 1% before this it would go to 50% and say the exact same message...I just paid to get it fixed...and then i tried to wipe again to get my product key ( im really stupid and dont know why i thought that would happen it was to late to clcik back.. when i realsied this..litrelly went numb when i realsied what an idiotic mistake i made and for the engineer who supposedly fixed my laptop)
My laptop was really slow, and I had been avoiding having to completly wipe everything. i had only done it a few moths back and have never had aproblem with it. Something somewhere went really wrong as I tried taking the easy solution out- I ried to restore my laptop to an earlier point because when I update windows something always happens to my laptop, so tahts something I would definetely be avoiding. Afte rthe updates my laptop was really slwo, to the point it stopped working. It wouldnt open the browser or any folders so I was forced to restore. It didnt work so was than forced to compltly wipe everything with is very unfortunate, the amount of data and software I have lost is really unbelivalbe instead of trying to recover what Ive been busy with trying to get this fixed.
1.- After resoting laptop to an earlier point failed, I tried Alt + f10.
    2. Began wiping system tofactory default. This than proceeded to fail ROYALLY about 5 times, I know understand instead of being so unpatient why not just wait..i didnt so
    3. Phone up repair center Ive taken laptop to get fixed before even though their really far andI got lost the last time lol. I take it, egineer has left SO i go back the next day wait for 4 hours while he wipes my system...
    4. Windows 7 product key faded so engineer had to install trial version.
    4. come home make an even dumber mistake and think Im some engineer which Im clearly not so goodbye to future tech dreams....
I pressed alt+f10 totry and install my system again even tough it was just done, i did this in hopes of getting my product key somehow magically back I dont know what i was thinking an dnow I am litrelly back to square one..
PROBLEM WITH LAPTOP- BOOTMNGR is missin, now when i try and restore system through CDs back up or just pressingf alt f10, it doesnt even go passed 1% it just says it failed to copy image..
Im sorry for the long message I wrote in hopes someone can understand what a mess im going through which is my fault i admit, but the thing is why can i not just restore my system? I dont have windows 7 cd or the acer cd... because theyd ont give one and you have to make cds yourself which i did. its wokred litrelly a few times before why not now? The engineer went on about me messing up the drives and he had to wipe all of them.. but i dont know. if someone can please help me meanwhile because i have to wait 3 days to go back an give to thtem. no way can i afford to pay for petrol in the next few days and wait their for another 4hours.
i kniw theres an option of the acer cd , but i dont hve one right now so if anyone can help it would be so deeply appreciated you would not belive! i feel really stupid for doing this to a pratically new laptop, just because i didnt want to lost my software programs which took hours to install, please help!

    Do a Strartup Repair:
    Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.
Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

As we get alot of Acer with bad HD drives, I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.
    HD Diagnostic

thank you theog for replying i didnt think anyone would! i searched the forums and honestly i have no idea how acer are still in business.. its really unfortunate we have to part with our hard earned money to only end up with pure crap! its really not fair, im going to try these options but at this point Im actually thinking about cutting all my losses and just leaving the laptop outside my house or just giving to to charity. I hope someone will fix it or you know what just sell for food. Theres no point with this laptop Ive wiped it clean more than 10 times honest to God,
in the last 1 years and few months!
if thers any techs out there, is it because I download to many graphic design programs that take up litelly halpf of my memory or just the hardrive because I can not see any other issue, esides a few that shouldnt harm the hard drivesthe way it is now!
p.s i will now stop with the long posts..:)

There's nothing wrong with Acers, you just need a good install and then keep it lean and clean.

You'll need to find a Win7 installation DVD for your version - borrow one from a friend, any retail installation DVD will do as you can unlock all versions to install your own. If you must download it, search Google for Official Win7 ISO from my Digital Life.

The steps are all here to get and maintain a perfect reinstall: Reinstalling Windows 7

If install fails, burn to CD the HD maker's diagnostics/repair CD which theog linked earlier, boot to run Extended scan to find and fix problems with the HD if possible. Don't just ignore steps and continue hand-wringing - ask questions to get each step done!

If you're talking about Acer tech support, then I fully agree it is abysmal. But that's what we're for.

Are you ready to clean reinstall now? This is what I do with all Acers before I even start them up.

If you have not made your Startup Repair
    System Repair Disc - Create
Do you have a mate with Windows 7 of the same bit version 32 or 64 & CD/DVD RW Drive, how could burn one off.

im tring to get 1 off my cousin but hes saying wait a few days, which i cant. Im using my sisters laptop which she doesnt use that much so I dont now why Im in such a rush to fix my own, Im just really miffed about all the work Ive lost after I got it fixed it broke down again.Oh and I speant moeny on it, spilt milk I know lol.
do you guys think I should wait to take it back to the engineer and get my money back-or- wait untill Ive got the CD than go back. I dont trust the engineer as it is, besides I need to my windows 7 key as my one faded from the back of my laptop...
Acer tech support is the worst trust me,I dont know how they can get away with selling faulty products and belive you me, my laptop is faulty.
the day I bought it I charged it fully, it did not even give me 3 hours of batter life, its supposed to give around 10. I rang them they gave me a charger replacement..still didnt work, this engineer is telling me its the cell in the batteries..Im wandering if theres anything legal I can do to get some sort of compensation from the store I bought it or from acer...I dont want to sue lol, just so they're aware of what theyve done and hopefully give a new product thats works like its supposed to!
