I think you would need to go into Show settings for all users and set Admin for all users or be logged in as Admin to run the installer. That's security for you. Someone else might know a better way.

Hello TJG , I tried going to Show settings for all users before yet also unable to set Admin for all users, the option is also in grey color and unselectable. I think i already logged in as admin at that time since there is no other account on the log on screen , checking the account already identified as administrator. Nonetheless, when i run installer , it was failed.

However, after using command "Net user administrator /active:yes" , there is " administrator " account appears additionally from the normal account.

What should I do run the installer securely , please ?

I still open for other suggestions, if anyone have the better way , please kindly advise.
