Windows 7 install reboot loop

Hi i have been browsing the forums and i couldn't find anything that quite matched the problem that i am having.

Basically i decided that i wanted to reboot my computer by using the windows 7 disk i got with my computer. Right near the end of the installation my computer restarted unexpectedly and now when i turn it on it comes up with "setup is starting services" it then proceeds to shutdown and restart continuing this endless loop.

When i start up it comes up with safe mode, safe mode with networking etc and at the top it says to insert my windows 7 disk and restart then select language etc but i don't get a popup or anything which allows me to do so.

I have a dell xps 8000 if that helps. any help is greatly appreciated

Are you using onboard display driver in place of your video card?

Check optional Windows Updates for newer display driver to try for the card. However if it is isn't enabled Windows Updates cannot scan it.

Next import any Windows 7 drivers for the exact card make/model from its Support Downloads webpage to install it or unzip and browse to driver from Device Manager.

If Windows 7 drivers won't work then try Vista drivers.

As a last resort, reinstall the video card and wait for it to load its driver or connect to Updates to find one.
