OS installation gets stuck cant access safe mode either

Hi i have toshiba satellite A205 win 7
its been freezing a lot lately i dont know why
so i tried to install win7 OS again (its not genuine) i usually do this successfully if i get virus but i dont think its virus this time
but during the installation it got stuck it passes the copying windows file up to completing installation but it says it needs to be restarted and i did this several times it either hangs up or tells me cannot be installed restart.whenever i start all over again a black screen comes up with listing windows 7 several times asking me to select 1...i select the latest but same thing happens allover ...cannot access safe mode either
i tried to install win 7 ultimate geniune but same thing happens
i also tried the repairing option its not working keeps telling me to restart..i believe its the hdd thats corrupted
i need to get my files...anyways?

Can't help you with your pirated copy of windows 7.

You're problem seems memory related to me.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
I would let it run overnight or for about 5 to 7 passes

Sorry but that's the extent of the help I can give you.

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Where did you get Win7 Ultimate copy you claim is geniune? Did you burn the DVD yourself?

What files do you need to get? Why would you leave files on the HD if you're reinstalling Win7 which will overwrite them? You can try to retrieve files using Install DVD this way: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Then unplug all other HD's and peripherals, boot the DVD, choose Custom Install, delete all partitions, click Next and Win7 will create and format partitions for you before installing.

If install fails then, try wiping the HD: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Next if it fails try removing all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Test RAM - Test with Memtest86+.
    Swap RAM sticks.
