Trying to install my new ssd with no luck

Trying to install a ssd in my g73jh. Inserted the 3 recovery disk one at a time and after 37 minutes the message said the recovery was a success and then the next screen came up said insert media disk just like it did when I first started. Does this mean that windows 7 didn’t recognize the ssd and if that’s the case what is the next step.
    Thanks for the help

You can borrow any retail Win7 disk to clean reinstall with the Product Key on COA sticker. If you must download it from internet, search for official Win7 ISO from My Digital Life to get a safe copy. Here are the steps to get a perfect reinstall: Reinstalling Windows 7

Is the SSD recognized in the BIOS? Does Factory Recovery using the disks seem to proceed normally? Is there any error message or behavior at the end which reveals the problem other than just prompting for first disk again?

Try resetting BIOS to Optimal Defaults.
