Please forget the services - you killed your own system and that's a fact you have to accept now.

What's so difficult about burning the Paragon rescue CD (on another system, i.e. the one you're posting in this forum with) and booting your computer with it? You said that you can boot from CD/DVD just fine, right?

Everyone's trying to help you, but you have to cooperate with us and just do what you're asked to do. Step by step. And report back to us clearly what happens. Step by step.

If you continue being vague and acting helpless, there's nothing we can do for you...

I am utterly amazed at the patience of our knowledgeable helpers.

Massoom, if you were paying for this support, it would have cost you a fortune by now, but at every turn you seem to want to go off at a tangent and positively act against the advice you've been given - it's like a surgeon being asked to diagnose a problem while blindfolded.

Just bite the bullet and boot into your Windows DVD to carry out a clean install. What could be simpler?

    Massoom:

Obviously you have access to another PC, so I suggest that you remove the hard drive from the "problem" PC and backup the important business data, then put that drive back in the problem machine and perform a clean reinstall!
