| | Black screen after login Ok im back with another problem with my friends computer. After the password login page he gets a black screen with only the arrow pointer, it can move but nothing else is shown, just a black screen. I have tried CTRL + ALT + DEL - New task - explorer.exe with no luck, also I booted into safe mode and uninstalled the video card driver which also does nothing. Please help out, Thanks! |

| | Mate, Im sorry to tell you that this did also happened to me. Try booting it up in safe mode and also try to return to a previous system point (IE, system restore). See if that helps. The only solution I could find in my case was to reformat the machine.Hope you dont have to do the same. Good luck. |
