    1. I can't tell what your system specs are because all I see is a bunch of letters that mean nothing. Can you at least let us know the manufacturer and model of your laptop?

    2. Your original post is very difficult to understand because of the lack of punctuation - if your first language isn't English, please tell us so that we can help you better.

    3. Assuming you haven't tried to re-install Windows, please remove the power cord and the battery then press the power button for 30 seconds or so to drain any residual electrical charge.

    4. Replace the battery and reconnect the power cord then try and restart your computer.

    5. Let us know if your computer starts up.

    6. I realise this won't help now, but if these songs are important to you, why haven't you bothered to back them up?

Are you saying you are trying to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7?

If so, check this tutorial and check you've inserted the Windows DVD in your DVD-ROM drive correctly.

In that case, run a Startup Repair three times with a reboot after each one.

Do you have a WIn7 installation DVD or Repair CD? You can copy out your files this way: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console or using Paragon Rescue CD freeware. System Repair Disc - Create

Then boot the disk to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

If you don't have the REpair CD or DVD, you can access System Recovery Options by clicking on the blue link to read how.

Why do you keep referring to install? Are you trying a reinstall, or trying to run Factory REcovery? We can help you try to Repair Win7 using a number of approaches first before you resort to reinstall or running Factory Recovery from the partition or disks you made: Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility

That's why I said you can access System Recovery Options via tapping the F8 key at boot as shown in the blue link.

It's possible you can recover to factory image using the Recovery partition but you've posted a bunch of gibberish in your System Specs so we have no way to know your make/model.

Do you have access to a Win7 installation DVD or ISO and a computer to write it to flash stick?
