    Windows 7 Ultimate RTM 64 bit hang up at bios boot


    Hello every one, I am new in this forum.
    I just download Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit RTM from Technet. After intstall windows reboot my system hang up at Auto Detecting AHCI, I can not get into the bios if I am not disconnect my hard drive. I did not had this problem with last test version.

    this is my system:
    Asus: p5b deluxe
    CPU: E8500
    memory: buffalo firestix 1g x 4 = 4G
    EVGA : 8800GT
    Sound : creative X-Fi express tatitum
    SATA: dvd RW
    SATA seagate 320G
    power supply Antec eathwatt 550W
    Case: Antec P180

    Please help

    you will have to reset your CMOS to gain access to your bios

    But why after install system keep hang up when thay auto detecting AHCI.
    Do I need to set AHCI back to IDE?
    I don't have any problem with RC release, only problem with RTM Release.

    I had to set mine back to IDE to get it to work with build 7232 but it works fine with 7600 on AHCI
