What is a clean install exactly?

    Wow gregrocker, that's a really good reply post.
    Since you mentioned about removing the partition as well, for a 'clean' install, (plus everything else!) It's one of the simplest/best guides (as a reply) I've seen.

    A clean install means: ~ Fresh install of the complete OS. ~ wipes clean all the documents/programs etc you used before.
