I don't believe it is, at least from what I've heard.

While I'm not sure why, I would guess it's because Windows can't mount a USB drive as the boot/system volume, not early enough in the boot process anyway.

I wish it's possible , and there's some one who know how to do this

But technology is made by humans, and humans tend to be massive fail.

Anyway, I know Windows 8 will be able to run from an USB stick - with Windows 7 (and XP for that matter), your only choice is a Windows PE-based environment. There's all kinds of ways to customize it but it'll never replace a full Windows installation since many core components are stripped from the PE install base.
(PE means preinstallation environment, underscoring its original intended purpose by Microsoft as a mini-system from which to install a full Windows. The setup DVD is such a PE environment.)

I can't even find anything on Google that doesn't deal with installing from USB sticks.

You're mixing what OUGHT to be technologically possible, with what is actually Allowable.

Microsoft has a long history of NOT wanting folks to be able to carry around a portable version of MS Windows. There were hacks that worked with XP, but since Vista came on the scene, all the so-called Portable Windows versions were really no more than WinPE.

And while MS has changed their stance for Windows 8, that's not going to make Windows 7 portable.
