Installing win7 on new hard drive

I had to buy a new hard because the old one went wrong. I was running win7 64 bit on the old one, i do not have a windows 7 installation cd and the sticker underneath with the product key is faded. Do i need to buy a new window7?

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Take a look at your manual.

    Recovering from your recovery discs
To reinstall Windows and all pre-installed software and drivers:
1 Turn on your computer, insert the first system recovery disc into your
optical disc drive, then restart your computer.
