i went to computer store, and
was told iso file of Window 7 can be downloaded from website.
have u tried this?

We provide this only in the course of helping someone reinstall or perform a Repair Install on factory preinstalled Win7.

You'll need to have a support thread for one of these reasons, or another very good reason. Just asking for the ISO is not a good reason.

Fill in your Specs in the bottom left corner of post, including the licensed version given on your COA sticker. Do not post the Product Key.

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

If you're concerned about being able to reinstall a clean copy of Windows 7 in case of a virus or some other problem, your computer may have a hidden recovery partition. This partition should return your machine to original factory specs. If your machine is working well now you could also make a system image and use that to restore your machine to just like it was on the day the image was made.
