Windows 7: can i copy my hdd to my 2nd hdd

Quick lingo is not seen very well around here. It makes the job of the helpers unnecessarily more complicated.

ok ok turns out my new 2nd hdd was faulty!
must of been thrown about royal mail warehouse as the box was very damaged,
sent back and awaiting new one
