UEFI isn't in boot override, or in any 3 boot options.

Confirm that you've disconnected one HD and wiped the remaining one.

Both HD's are in and I formatted and deleted using the Custom (Advanced).

I can't format with clean/clean all as I have no OS now

You can run Diskpart Clean command from Win7 DVD Command Line: DISKPART At PC Startup

Why have you not disconnected or disabed one HD after the step has been given a dozen times now?

Since you had SATA controller still set to RAID in BIOS, how did you unRAID when you did that?

You can get to Diskpart using a Windows install disk--hit Shift F10 at the screen where you are asked to choose a language. That takes you to a command prompt; then run Diskpart there.
