oh and chuck R i know which i was using and the windows XP setup won't have a WINDOWS 7 INSTALL NOW box would it?

So which was you using?

My windows XP setup doesn't have that -- maybe yours is different...

Yours has a: "WINDOWS 7 INSTALL NOW box" ?

Did you buy it overseas or maybe Ebay ?
