    Boot manager problem pls help

Hello, sorry if its repost but i was searching but no luck :/

What happen is few weeks ago i was installing windows xp and it freezed on the install , and after that i just used my old windows but after that every time when i turn on pc i started geeting windows boot manager and shoowing that install and old windows , and every time it gave priority to that install which freezes unless i click on the windows which works , yesterday i installed windows 7 ultimate , and then it started showing 3operating sistems in boot manager , 7, previous and and that install which doesnt work.

Then i started searching how to delete them and i found one tutorial that i need to choose which windows i want to use and remove 30 second boot manager and thats what i did.

So i restarted my pc and it doest show the boot manager no more but instead of windows 7 it loads that not working windows xp set up and just freezes, and i cannot go back to boot manager now to load my working windows.

Is there any shortcut through bios to boot manager again so i can choose my windows or i have to reinstall windows ? I have no idea what to do now really stuck , i tried click all F buttons but nothing works .any ideas ?? Thanks

    Sorry for terible english

I hope the windows 7 installation is still there; just not working as some editing is done in the boot manager.

If it is true, first run Startup Repair for a few times with restarts after every single run . Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times . It will add the bootloader of the installed windows 7 .

Then, type msconfig in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link , you will get the system configuration window. The second tab is boot. Look at there for the extra startup entries , select those and delete those . You you have any confusion about which are to be deleted, post a screenshot of that window here .

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
    .

Then, it is to delete the leftovers of the previous installations, if any, in the C drive .

    Windows.old Folder - Delete
    .

Finally, it is secured to run Startup Repair one more time.
