Enter the BIOS prior to Windows starting (usually the DEL or F2 key), and change the boot order so that USB is first.

You guys are so great.

The ISO needs to be extracted, all moved to a flash drive, and then have the bios boot from the flash drive... so I guess it needs to be plugged in when i try to reboot into bios.

does the pc just run everything or will i need to tell it to run something....

before doing any of this i need to locate the product key and backup the HD....

that does not sound too bad. Am I missing anything?

Thank you guys!! I'm going to be feeling like a tech geek doing this (probably crazy easy for yall).

You said you saved the emails from Digital River so search for the Product Key which should have been emailed. If it's not there then run Belarc Advisor to audit the Product Key from the HD before you reinstall.

Burn whichever bit version of your licensed version to DVD or write to flash stick using Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool:

Pinning "New" and "Open" Word document to start menu
Using Word 2007, I am unable to pin the "New" and "Open" Word Document to the Start Menu. I was able to do this in XP and Vista. I go to "All Programs" and can load Word but cannot find the options new/open. In Word I go to "Word Options" and it is not listed there either. Thanks.
