I don't think you can uninstall Windows 7 as such if it is the only operating system on your hard drive.

    Have you considered Partition Wizard?

With a PW boot disc you can boot into it, delete the partitions on a hard drive, and then create a new partition to leave you with a clean hard drive.

Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

If I've given you wrong information one of our experts will soon put us right.

    Questions

    1. What do you plan to install as an OS?

    2. Do you have boot cds such as Hirens, Linux, Ubuntu. Windows PE etc.?

The reason why i want to remove my OS is so i can reinstall it, because some dickhead thought deleting drivers in the system32 folder was a funny prank to pull off.

thats why, so i am reinstalling my x64 windows 7. I dont want to do a partition because wouldnt it require me to write more to the disk?

If you'd said at the start you just wanted to reinstall Windows, I'd have given you this link straightaway.

    For reinstallation ....

You need not to Do anything else .... just follow the steps of the tutorial Clean Install Windows 7 .

While in step 8, delete both the system reserved (100MB hidden, without drive letter) and C partitions, create a new one with the entire free space generated, and then accept all that the installation offers.

The 100MB system reserved partition will be created automatically.

Still, if you want, you can go through the tutorial at first :
