is running 2 pwm fans on cpu fan header safe

alright folks
just need to double check its safe running these 2 fans on my cpu fan header.
i have a corsair h50 which i was originally running 1 phobya nano 2G 12 pwm on. today i added another via a 4 pin y splitter so its in a push pull config.

these are the specs on the fans
normal voltage 12v
starting voltage 7v
current draw 0.45A
airflow max64.3
noise level 10-25
my mobo is a gigabyte GA880-GAUD3H Rev3.1
ive used the y splitters before without any trouble but never off the cpu header or with these fans.

any help is much apreciated. thanks in advance
