Windows 7: Installed Game (Hitman 3) With Bootleg Cd And Windows Blocks Use. HELP

I Installed A Bootleg Version Of The Video Game Hitman Contracts On My Vista Home Premium And When I Open It, It Says " ERROR, Please Close And Windows Will Notify you If There Is A Solution". I Saw An I-con Pop Up In The Icon Bar And When I Open It It Tells Me Some Sort Of Protection Has Blocked Use Of The Game Because It Says It Can Harm My Computer And When I Open Up The Settings And Put The Game Into The " Allow These Files Only" It Tells Me I Cant Do This. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
