Should I setup my SSD with SRT or OS installation

I just ordered a Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H- B3 mobo. I would like some suggestions.

If you were me would you add a 64GB SSD and setup this system for Smart Response Technology or would you add a 120GB SSD and install the OS on it?

I would use the 64GB SSD for the OS. SRT will probably not buy you a lot. 64GB is ample for the OS (I run 4 systems with those) because my OSs never exceed 30GBs. But I put my data on the HDDs and apply a few little tricks to reduce the OS size.

PS: Please type in normal non-bolded letters. Your posting gives me a headache.

I agree with whs. I just bought an ASUS Z68 board, and while I am curious about SRT, I am not curious enough to try using it instead of a straight SSD-for-the-OS setup. Compare benchmarks for regular SSDs against that of the new hybrid drives and it's no contest:

The only time I would consider one of those would be for a mini ATX or Home Theater rig where there was only room for one drive, period. Since the SRT at best will mimic a hybrid HD setup I would consider it a step down from an SSD boot drive system.
