    Hi Chuck,

If you have another WinPe or WinPE2 or WinPE3 image you want to add to the boot menu - you can do it by hand, tho. you may find it simpler to use Easybcd.

You can always change the decsription for NST WinPE image on the boot menu.

Got it now, 'RAMdisk options" on the BootMgr menu.
Goes to "Install USA K/B", mandatory Admin password (like XP),
    and eventually to 'Recovery options'
It "looks-like" NeoSmart Technology is adding an advertisement to your BootMgr 'label', having used EasyBCD.
Unless, of course, you deliberately put that 'description' in there.

MS uses "RAMdisk options" for the 'description', as above.
No wonder I'm in a constant state-of-confusion. Nothing is the same that should be...

RAMdisk / Recovery / WinPE image / WinRE.wim... Enough to drive a man to drink!

Pardon me, gotta go get a martini...
