Where did you buy the Anytime Upgrade key for Windows 7 Ultimate?

I bought it in Italy, I'm from Slovenia, so here you can't buy online that key, so I went to Italy at summer 2011

That Anytime Upgrade key may or may not be valid.

I'd download a Windows 7 Home Premium ISO, burn it to a disk, and install from that disk, using your existing Home Premium key.

I would use Diskpart "clean" command to wipe all existing data from the drive. You access Diskpart by hitting shift F10 at the screen where you are asked to choose a language in the installation. You could also try Diskpart with your cousin's disk if you think it is a genuine disk.

You must boot the Win7 DVD to install: How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD
Then follow these steps: Reinstalling Windows 7

Wipe the HD first using Diskpart Clean Command: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI mode to try install.

Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install.

Yes, but I already started reinstalling, and now I got on this. I can't do anything, when I turn on laptop, there is just HP Quickweb, and then it goes to screen, where is windows loading, and then is this error. This error is also on safe mode, so first of all is to abort installation. I can't clean discs, because i cant even get in Computer.

Why would you even see "HP Quickweb" if you are actually booting from a Windows installation disc??

Did you attempt to clear the CMOS as advised?

What ? I can't boot. I easy to boot, on normal computer, but here is something f*** up. So, when I turn on computer: HP Quickweb start, and counting 5 seconds for entering in normal OS. Then there shows windows 7 loading screen, and that's it. There is no where to press F12, F10, anything. Shit, I will throw my laptop trought the window

There is no chance to press something to get in BIOS.

What makes you think you are trying to boot from a Windows installation DVD---as opposed to a hard drive?
