    Computer shuts off during installation

Whilst installing Windows 7, my computer will get to the "Expanding Files" part, and it will shut down at around 27-31% every time.

    - All of my drivers are up to date.
    - I have a brand new PSU and an HDD in my computer.
    - I have ran multiple stress test programs to find a flaw in my build, nothing.

    I'm at a loss here.

What build are you using and did you obtain it legally?

    Oh.. -laughs-

I meant build as in my computer. Not the Windows build; yes, it's legal.

I've got all of the files on my desktop in a folder with the setup ".exe" file.

Negative. Also, let me add, whilst my computer "shuts off", the LED's on my keyboard go off, the screen goes to a lost video state, aka, a black screen, but all of the fans still spin in my computer.. Such as the computer is on, but it's not. I don't understand why the video would randomly cut out at that point, which leads me to believe it's something else.

sounds like a non-compatable video driver.maybe uninstall it and let windows load it's own
