Windows 7: Partition not accessible!.........but files visible in CMD!!

Most probably it happened because the installation of Linux and then cancelling it half way through messed up your MBR. Unlikely that your drive was hacked.

well......i have used a recovery software and right now i am recovering it.............but guyz please tell me the why this happened..............did anyone tried to hack my drive ???

You're running an elevated command prompt, right? If not, Elevated Command Prompt
