Windows 7 And XP Help please

hi i have partitioned my hard drive to run both Windows 7 and XP, i would now like to do a recovery on my XP hard drive, as i have a HP computer it has built in reovery so i can go back to factory settings on the XP, when i try to do system recovery by pressing F10 i am transfered to some other menu that says windows 7 etct etc.....the other method i tried to use was (as i have dual boot) clicking on windows recovery where i can select the operating sytem i want to boot into when i do this it asks me what drive i want to log onto and then it says put in the adminstrator password which i do but im still having no luck how can i do a recovery on my C drive that runs XP?

Thanks

Are you still dual booting? IF so the boot loader that makes dual booting possible is in the first OS installed (probably XP). If you do a restore you loose the boot loader and the ability to dual boot. What do you want to "fix" in xp?

I passed on this thread this morning. I cannot read it. You have other posts in the forum that demonstrate you understand basic punctuation. Please reformat your question in a lucid presentation.

I need a copy of the OP to ZigZag dictionary. I could then cross-reference my English to Antman lexicon and help more people.

Like my new sig? You wrote it - more or less.
